I’m an operations and compliance executive with 17 years’ experience inside privately held, multi-industry businesses—over the last decade as Vice President of a family office with holdings in hospitality, recycling, retail, and logistics. There, I built and ran the shared services function: legal, People Operations, compliance, finance, and capital planning. I hold a JD.

Outside the office, I’m a competitive practical shooter and distance runner. Both are disciplines of execution under pressure—decisions at speed, accountability to the timer and the target—and they shape how I think about leadership more than any book has.
