Hi, I'm Jaime.

I've spent the last 15 years in a variety of leadership roles. I'm also a runner, a father, and I practice practical shooting.

I write to make sense of what I've learned and what I'm still figuring out—for my kids, and maybe anyone else who's been in a similar place.

Most of what I share comes from experience: business strategy, operational execution, endurance sports, fatherhood, and the tension between doing what works and what matters.
