Don't Be a Sh*t Manager

Management has been studied seriously for over 120 years. Yet we're still surrounded by terrible leadership.

Here are my rules for not being a sh*t manager:

Don't abuse power. Don't take advantage of your people.

Be consistent and transparent.

Listen like it matters, because it does.

Trust and be trustworthy.

Make it safe to challenge ideas and disagree.
